The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts via a double rivet button stud construction, which eliminates back and side sway for structural stability. The assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability.
