The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design provides four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, enabling sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. The wire mesh ships in two pieces and has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
