The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The kit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, with wire mesh decking shipped in two pieces. The shelving features a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and durable roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts for structural stability, eliminating back and side sway. Its open design provides four-side access, allows sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety, and enables easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
