The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, the kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The open shelves provide adjustable storage, with components that snap in place for easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The wire decking, which ships in two pieces, enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the open design allows access from four sides, providing maximum flexibility.
