The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications, featuring open adjustable shelves at 1" increments for adaptable storage. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts for structural security, preventing back and side sway. The shelving offers four side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, it includes wire decking that enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while allowing sprinkler water to pass through for improved fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded.
