The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The durable shelving features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, made from sturdy roll-formed 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The wire decking, which ships in two pieces, provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily for enhanced fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability, and the shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
