The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The kit includes 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The open shelves provide four side access and the double rivet channel beams measure 96" W for extra support. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation and a double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking ships in two pieces and allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
