The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full loads. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
