The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support and sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit contains rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams vertically adjustable at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving, while wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks for improved fire safety. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
