The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Wire decking is included for ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water passage for improved fire safety. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the wire mesh ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
