The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Wire Shelving is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customization to fit various storage needs, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. This add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically by 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety and potentially lower insurance premiums. The entire unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The product comes with a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
