The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick set-up. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while wire decking enables ventilation, visibility, and light penetration; sprinkler water passes easily through the racks, improving fire safety.
