The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing four side access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments, all finished with chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The wire decking, which ships in two pieces, allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety.
