The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the wire mesh decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow to improve fire safety. The unit is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, and includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. Its double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components—no bolts, nuts, or clips are required. The wire mesh ships in two pieces. The shelving add-on is ideal for retail, commercial, and industrial use, offering strong support with front-to-back beams that help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded.
