The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The unit features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, made of sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The design includes front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water passage and improving fire safety. Assembly is easy and boltless, requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips, and components snap together for quick set-up. The open design provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
