The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Wire Shelving is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. It features durable roll-formed steel framing and rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass freely, enhancing fire safety. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load. Assembly is easy and does not require bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components that simplify setup and unit expansion with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
