The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, improving fire safety.
