The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelves measure 1/2" thick with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking finished in white laminated with pre-cut square edging. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. This boltless shelving requires easy assembly with snap-in components and no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for simple expansion and stable joining of units with less construction than bolting two starter units together.
