The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick set-up. The open design allows four-side access to provide maximum flexibility, and the add-on units can be joined for expansion with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The components feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the decking is a 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging in white laminated finish.
