The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The perimeter beams lock into the corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, ensuring a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for fast installation and seamless expansion. The package features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel framing and white laminated, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
