The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility with four-side access. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts to prevent sway. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load. The decking is a 1/2" thick stain resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, white and laminated, and ships as particle board in two pieces. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
