The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking features a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. Constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, the shelving includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit comes with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
