The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelf finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking is a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
