The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, it features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely with double rivet button stud construction to prevent back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. The assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and uses snap-in components. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel steel framing is complemented by stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces for convenience.
