The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, with open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments for versatile storage configurations. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for flexibility, and units can be easily expanded by joining add-ons with more stability and less construction effort than bolting two starter units together. The shelves are 1/2" thick with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface and pre-cut square edging. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and assembly is simple with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
