The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The decking is 1/2" thick, featuring a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and pre-cut square edging in a white laminated color.
