The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and feature easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural stability and to prevent back and side sway. The shelving unit has a sturdy roll-formed steel frame with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The laminate decking is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, featuring a stain resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface, and the entire unit is finished with a chip resistant gray baked enamel. The design allows four-side access and is adaptable with various heights, widths, and depths to suit nearly any facility layout. The add-on units snap together for secure expansion with less construction compared to bolting starter units together.
