The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in a white laminated finish. The shelving provides four side access for maximum flexibility, with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The particle board ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The package dimensions and specifications accommodate various heights, widths, and depths for nearly every facility area.
