The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1", 14 Ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, allowing open shelves to be easily adjusted for flexibility. The boltless design enables easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four side access, enhancing accessibility and storage adaptability. The unit includes stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway.
