The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution fits retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, with stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The particle board deck ships in two pieces.
