The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, enabling open shelves to be easily repositioned. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, which measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, ensure durability and cleanliness. The particle board decking ships in two pieces.
