The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the decking is a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
