The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility, and the unit allows four side access for maximum accessibility. Easy assembly is achieved with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The add-on units include rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel components, while the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine laminate surface decking features pre-cut square edging and ships as particle board in two pieces. The shelves come in a white laminated finish and accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area.
