The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces. The product is backed by a manufacturer warranty.
