The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility in organizing items, and the shelving features a durable, chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish combined with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring structural security and eliminating back and side sway. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Dimensions and various size options accommodate nearly every facility area, and the system allows for expansion by joining units with greater stability and less construction effort compared to bolting starter units together.
