The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The shelving unit includes 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments for flexible open shelving with four-sided access. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The shelves are easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Particle board ships in two pieces.
