The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level, making it suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The kit includes sturdy 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights that are punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for customizable shelf heights. The open shelves feature a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface with pre-cut square edging. The durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beams from rotating when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction secures perimeter beams to corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the snap-in assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling easy setup. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
