The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. Its open shelves provide four side access and are adjustable in 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup and allowing for easy expansion by joining units for added stability. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging; the particle board ships in two pieces.
