The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the unit features easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and a sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The decking is a stain resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface with pre-cut square edging; the particle board ships in two pieces. The entire shelving unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish.
