The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing durable and adaptable storage with an open design that allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving features easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and a white laminate surface.
