The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, featuring a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine laminate decking with pre-cut square edging, in white. The durable roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support and stability, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows access from all four sides, and the open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments. Assembly is easy and does not require bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components instead. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the particle board ships in two pieces.
