The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, it features adjustable open shelves in 1" increments for adaptable storage. The shelving unit measures with 1/2" thick white laminated melamine decking that is stain resistant and easy to clean, with pre-cut square edging. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing providing maximum support. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Assembly is simple with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Particle board ships in two pieces.
