The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable and adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, providing four side access for maximum flexibility. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components instead. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. Particle board ships in two pieces.
