The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage solutions suited for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility in storage configurations. The shelving unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It offers an open design with four side access for maximum flexibility and allows easy expansion by joining multiple units with greater stability. The construction includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is chip resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking surface is stain resistant, easy to clean melamine, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
