The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, maximizing storage space with various height, width, and depth options. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for optimal flexibility. The shelving features snap-in components for easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, the design includes double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full loads. The shelves are finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking consists of 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, which is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
