The SC Preferred 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. The unit features durable, adaptable construction with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing, including 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, provides strong support and prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and units can be joined for increased stability with less construction than bolting two starter units together. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine laminated decking, which is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, ensure durability. The particle board ships in two pieces.
