The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking offers a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, with 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in the same increments. The starter unit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Particle board ships in two pieces.
