The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. The shelving features durable, roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge uprights that are punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable at 1" increments, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four-side access for maximum flexibility. The perimeter beams are locked into corner posts with a double rivet button stud construction, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The decking includes a stain resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, made of particle board shipped in two pieces. The entire unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
