The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The unit allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
