The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It provides durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick, with pre-cut square edging and comes in white laminated particle board that ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for easy expansion and stable joining of multiple units. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and dimensions, heights, widths, and depths vary to suit nearly any facility area.
